What a Personal Assistant will do for you
- Not certain what you need? Your assistant will be happy to explain all of the available options.
- Uncertain as to what has to be done or in what order? Your assistant will work it all out for you, explaining everything.
- Need help making your website? Your assistant will do whatever is necessary to get you up and running, short of creating the site for you.
- Got a question on how to do something in your site? Your assistant will answer it and show you how!

How the Personal Assistant program works
- This program is absolutely free of any additional charges.
- This program is available only to current clients in good standing.
- To signup for this program, go here. Or simply email us at support@sassinc.net and request a Personal Assistant.
- Once you are signed up, you will be assigned your own expert. You will always have this one individual to deal with. We find this creates a comfort level for you and allows one expert to be aware of your specific issues. However, all of our technical staff is always available to you if needed at any time.
- This program is not intended to replace all of our many support options. Instead, it is intended more for the novice or beginner, or a client starting a large/complicated project.
- You will be permitted to contact your expert via phone, email or personal chat. You can even setup meeting times!
